Side of the square = 24/4 = 6 feet
Area of the square = 62 = 36 ft2
Now, area of the rectangle = area of the square
or, Length x Width = 36
or, Length x 4 = 36
or, Length = 36/4 = 9
So, perimeter of the rectangle = 2(Length + Width) = 2(9 + 4) = 26 feet
